Dhania means Cilantro. My personal recipe born in Bolivia using my traditional spices, a healthy option for any party. Cooked with all fresh ingredients such as ginger, garlic and fresh cilantro.

Chicken Curry
Chicken curry is a common delicacy in South Asia, Southeast Asia, as well as in the Caribbean (where it is usually referred to as "curry chicken"). My chicken curry consists of chicken stewed in an onion and tomato-based sauce, flavoured with ginger, garlic, chili peppers and a variety of spices, often including turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom and so on.

Palak Gosht also known as Spinach Mutton is a famous Pakistani dish. Spinach cooked in milk and cardamom for the optimum taste, later mixed in pre cooked lamb meat and served.

Okra or Okro, known in many English-speaking countries as ladies' fingers, bhendi, bhindi, bamia, ochro or gumbo, is a flowering plant in the mallow family. It is valued for its edible green seed pods. It is good for skin as well for people suffering diabetes. Cooked with my traditional light spices, to perfection.

Kheer
Kheer is a South Asian rice pudding made by boiling rice, with all cream, milk and sugar; it is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, coconut, and pistachios or almonds.

Gajar Halwa
Gajar Halwa
Gajar halwa is a combination of nuts, milk, sugar, butter and ghee with grated carrot. It is a light nutritious dessert with less fat (a minimum of 10.03% and an average of 12.19%) than many other typical South Asian desserts. At festival time Punjabis strongly vegetarian desserts. Because of its low fat content, vegetarian characteristics, ease of making, medium shelf-life and taste Gajar halwa is a popular dessert all over Pakistan and often served at most festivals.

Falooda, is a cold beverage popular in Pakistan. Traditionally it is made from mixing rose syrup, chinese rice noodles, basil seeds, ice cream, topped with almond cream.

Gulab jamun is a milk-solids-based dessert, popular in countries of South Asia such as Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh. It is also common in Mauritius and the Caribbean countries of Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname and Jamaica.
